Greetings TV Garth readers! Here’s a look back at all the over-the-air TV mayhem viewed at my new home in Markham, Ontario, Canada from August 2017! (I now live on one of the upper floors of a high-rise, which greatly enhances reception!) Stations showed up from Rochester, Syracuse, and Watertown, plus Erie, Mid-Michigan and more! Stay tuned for anchors, anecdotes and antenna reception, oh my!

WHAM there it is! Even with enhanced CKCO reception at my new place, Rochester 13 still slips through occasionally!
After the horrendous events in Charlottesville, it was heartening to see people rallying against hate!

WQLN promoted the Beat Beethoven 5k event, where runners are challenged to finish before the Erie Philharmonic performance of Beethoven's 5th Symphony ends!

Welcome to TV Garth!
Ever since I was a kid, I loved antennas and TV reception. It was always a thrill to hook up an antenna and see what stations I could get, and see if I could pick up anything from a far distance. With the transition to digital broadcasting happening, my love for OTA (over the air) reception came back and this blog will focus on what channels I'm able to receive via antenna from my home just outside of Toronto, Canada. Plus there may be occasional commentaries on shows that I see while adjusting my reception.
